2006
THE BEGINNING
The aggregation of Spring Bank’s legacy subsidiary firms forms Spring Capital, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Spring Bank, and the seed from which the Group’s entire portfolio would grow.

2007
BUILDING TRUST
SEC approval is secured for the Registrar’s business. A quiet but consequential milestone, the first regulated mandate and first proof that the platform could be trusted with what matters to others.

2008
FINANCIAL SERVICES LAUNCH
Financial Services division launched, offering investment banking and advisory services. First major deal closed within 6 months of operations.

2010
COMPANY REBRANDING
Spring Capital ReBranded the firm from Spring Capital to Pan African Capital after a 79% divestment from Spring bank

2011
ASSET MANAGEMENT
PAC Asset Management Limited established, offering Nigerians access to mutual funds and structured wealth management solutions.

2013
INTER-AFRICA EXPANSION
PAC Capital launches in Kenya extending its Investment footprint across Africa, solidifying the Pan African vision

2015
MULTI-SECTOR EXPANSION
PAC Holdings extends its investment mandate across Real Estate, Agro-Allied, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors, becoming truly diversified.

2021
CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING & REGIONAL EXPANSION
PAC transitioned into a holding company structure, expanded operations into Ghana, and launched PAC Trustees as part of its financial services offerings.

2022
PORTFOLIO EXPANSION
PAC Capital consolidated its technology and media operations, expanded its Hospitality Subsidiary to a six-brand portfolio and introduced the PAC Alumni Network to strengthen community and engagement.
